You can also call the solution center of American electronic payment of Treasury at (800) 333-1795 or visit your local bank or the Fund.

With direct deposit, the Treasury has sent an e-mail message to your bank or caisse populaire crediting your account with the exact amount of your benefit. The difference is, your cheque is not printed or mailed.

If you do not already have a bank account, or if you are not sure, you can get a bank account, you could try an ETA account under the auspices of the Treasury Board. Learn more about ETA account.
